The hotel staff accommodated all our requests and made our trip to Lake George for our 40th year anniversary most memorable. From booking a large group, helping with large rentals items and procurement of food and beverage, your staff made planning for this event easy for us. All the members found the rooms, the service and the view of the lake just outstanding and many found your big wicker chairs on the veranda looking over the lake a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. When we requested for Rombout’s large heavy rescue vehicle to be parked behind your hotel for a rare photo opportunity with our members and Lake George, our request was met with understanding and helpfulness. Because of your courtesy Rombout now has a commemorative photo to remember our weekend in Lake George. Rombout and its members will recommend your hotel for any event or stay and look forward to staying at the Fort William Henry Hotel in the future.

I was so thankful that you allowed “CyberCaders” to conduct our annual “meet & greet” in the Tankard Tavern. — But you went beyond giving us a place to meet. When we arrived Wednesday evening, we found the Tankard Tavern to be absolutely picture perfect. A complimentary tray of fruit, cheese and other snacks had been set out for us. I was overwhelmed! I must say, you really went out of your way to make us comfortable and to make Americade’s new venue a very special place for us.
