Room Policies 

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $50 cancellation fee if a guest would like to cancel their reservation once they book. If the guests cancel, change, or alter their reservation 72 hours or less before arrival, then the guest forfeits their deposit of the first night.

Guarantee Policy:

One night’s deposit, including 7% room tax, 4% occupancy tax, plus a $16.05 resort fee will be applied to your credit card to secure the reservation. Please be aware that due to the COVID 19 pandemic, there is no housekeeping on your guest room, during your stay. Full housekeeping services can be purchased for $35 per day. Please know that your guest room is sanitized prior to your arrival.

Check-in time: 4 p.m. Check-out time: Before 11 a.m. Family Plan-Children 12 and under free with accompanied adult. Early Departure – May be charged one night’s fee for inventory control tariff Late Departure – 12 noon to 3pm – 1/2 Day; After 3pm Full Day. A $16.05 Resort fee, per day, plus tax will be applied to your portfolio and covers all of your hotel service fees. Rates subject to change. Extra Person charge – 30.00 USD

Event Booking Policies

All reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a partial refund, Deposit less $50.

Guarantee Policy:

Full Payment for each ticket/person, including 7% NY State tax, 20% Gratuity/ Service Charge will be applied to your credit card to secure the reservation.
