Cancellation Policy

• Check-in time: 4 p.m.
• Check-out time: Before 11 a.m.
• Family Plan: Children 12 and under free with accompanying adult.
• Early Check-In Policy: Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to a $50 fee, at the manager’s discretion.
• Early Departure: May be charged one night’s fee for inventory control tariff.
• Late Departure – 12 noon to 3pm – 1/2 Day; After 3pm Full Day. A $19 Resort fee, per day, plus tax will be applied to your portfolio and covers all of your hotel service fees. Rates subject to change. Extra Person charge – 30.00 USD

A $50 cancellation fee applies to all reservations canceled at any time after booking. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit, less the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations, or reservation alterations made 72 hours or less than the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s deposit.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted anywhere on the hotel property.

One night’s deposit, including 7% room tax, 4% occupancy tax, plus a $19 resort fee, per day, plus tax will be applied to your credit card to secure the reservation. Please be aware that there is no housekeeping in your guest room during your stay. Full housekeeping services can be purchased for $35 per day. Please know that your guest room is sanitized prior to your arrival.

All reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a partial refund, Deposit less $50.

Full Payment for each ticket/person, including 7% NY State tax, 20% Gratuity/ Service Charge will be applied to your credit card to secure the reservation.
