FWH Insider Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the FWH Insider membership program (“FWH Insider” or the “Program”), offered by Fort William Henry Corporation (“Fort William Henry,” “FWH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing an FWH Insider membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership & Annual Fee
FWH Insider is a paid membership program available to individuals age 18 and older.
Membership costs $50 per year. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership begins on the date of purchase and remains active for 12 months. Memberships do not automatically renew. At the end of the membership term, members must purchase a new membership to continue receiving FWH Insider benefits.
2. FWH Insider Benefits
Active FWH Insider members may receive access to benefits including:
- Private members-only room rates on select dates
- Exclusive “Fast Vacation” offers when last-minute rooms become available
- Late checkout when available
- Same-day cancellation privileges on qualifying FWH Insider reservations
- Special dining credits offered throughout the year
- Complimentary firepit rentals when available
- Complimentary room upgrades when available
- Exclusive offers delivered directly to members
- Designated FWH Insider parking benefits, planned for 2027
Specific benefits, offers, rates and availability may vary throughout the membership term.
3. Insider Rates & Special Offers
FWH Insider rates and offers are made available on select dates and are subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee that a particular rate, room type, offer or benefit will be available for any specific date.
“Fast Vacation” and other limited-time Insider offers may include specific travel dates, room types, rates, booking windows, inventory limits and other offer-specific terms.
Insider offers may have limited inventory and may sell out.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, FWH Insider rates and offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special rates.
Existing reservations are not automatically eligible to be repriced using an FWH Insider rate or offer made available after the original reservation was booked.
4. Booking & Sharing Insider Offers
FWH Insider hotel offers may be booked using a designated promotional code through the Fort William Henry booking engine or by contacting Fort William Henry reservations.
Members may share eligible FWH Insider offers with friends and family when permitted by the terms of the individual offer. Multiple rooms may be booked using an eligible Insider offer when inventory is available.
Individual offers may include additional eligibility, booking or usage requirements.
All hotel guests remain subject to Fort William Henry’s standard reservation and check-in policies, including identification requirements.
5. Same-Day Cancellation Benefit
Qualifying reservations booked specifically through an eligible FWH Insider offer may be cancelled by 4:00 PM on the scheduled date of arrival without penalty, when that benefit is included with the applicable Insider offer.
This benefit does not apply to existing reservations, reservations booked outside an eligible FWH Insider offer, or other rates, packages or reservations unless specifically stated.
Offer-specific cancellation terms will apply where provided.
6. Late Checkout, Room Upgrades & Firepit Rentals
Late checkout, complimentary room upgrades and complimentary firepit rentals are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
When a complimentary room upgrade is offered, the upgraded room will be determined by Fort William Henry based on available inventory at the applicable time.
Availability and operational considerations may affect whether these benefits can be provided.
7. Dining Credits & Other Promotional Benefits
Special dining credits and similar promotional benefits may be offered to FWH Insider members throughout the year.
These are occasional promotional benefits and do not represent a guaranteed annual dollar value. Each offer may have its own expiration date, participating locations, redemption requirements and other restrictions.
8. Email & Text Communications
FWH Insider members may choose whether to receive promotional communications by email and/or text message.
Many private rates, last-minute deals and limited-time Insider opportunities are communicated directly to members through these channels. Members who decline or unsubscribe from both email and text communications may be unable to take full advantage of their membership.
Fort William Henry is not responsible for offers missed because a member opted out or unsubscribed from communications, supplied inaccurate contact information, experienced delivery issues, or otherwise could not be reached.
Consent to receive promotional email or text messages is not required to purchase an FWH Insider membership.
9. Program & Benefit Changes
Fort William Henry reserves the right to add, modify, substitute or discontinue individual FWH Insider benefits, rates, offers or features at its discretion.
Because many FWH Insider benefits are based on hotel availability and operational conditions, the frequency and value of offers may vary throughout a membership term.
Fort William Henry also reserves the right to modify or discontinue the FWH Insider program. If the Program is discontinued, Fort William Henry will determine how existing active memberships and outstanding benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
10. Membership Misuse
Fort William Henry reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale of offers or reservations, payment disputes or chargebacks, misuse of membership benefits, or other conduct that violates these Terms or the terms of an individual offer.
Termination resulting from misuse does not entitle the member to a refund of the membership fee, except where otherwise required by law.
11. General Terms
FWH Insider membership provides access to eligible rates, offers and benefits but does not guarantee hotel availability, specific savings, room types, upgrades or a minimum monetary value of benefits during the membership term.
Individual FWH Insider offers may contain additional terms and restrictions. When an individual offer contains terms specific to that promotion, those terms apply to that offer.
Fort William Henry reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be made available on the Fort William Henry website.
