The Tankard Taverne is open to the public from September – May, 4pm-9pm, and their selective Tavern Fare menu has something to please everyone. You can start off your meal with an order of chips & salsa or Fort William Wings from the appetizer list, and then check out the variety of soup and salads, entrees, sandwiches, and burgers. Make sure you ask about the nightly dinner specials!

In addition, the full bar typically has a number of local beers, wines, and spirits available.

Warm Up by the Fire or Sit Outside

The restaurant features a long bar, an open dining room with views of the Fort William Henry Resort property and Lake George, and outdoor deck and patio seating. During winter, you can warm up by the indoor fireplace or sit around the outdoor fire pit.
